一 |     A post on X describing the wrapper of a Chinese milk candy as a “masterstroke of graphic design” has gone viral, garnering about 6 million views and 260,000 likes.    White Rabbit, a household name in China since its launch in 1959, emerged during an era of material scarcity, when sweets were considered a rare luxury.    Although times have changed, its iconic packaging has remained virtually unchanged.    The wrapper features a seated white rabbit against a red background, framed by blue-and-white rabbit motifs. The design won a national packaging award in 1983.        The comments section has been flooded with user creations featuring the iconic White Rabbit design.    The trend has also spread to platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, sparking renewed interest in other vintage Chinese packaging designs.    The phenomenon reflects a growing global interest in Chinese aesthetics.    Chinese aesthetics are entering the global public eye in fresh, everyday and contemporary forms, adding a more distinctive Chinese dimension to the global cultural landscape.                    。    昨日立秋,虽然离真正的秋天还远,但杭州的暑热有望随着今年第13号台风“白海豚”的活动得到暂时缓解。中央气象台8月7日18时发布台风黄色预警。台风“白海豚”预计7日晚上进入东海,将以每小时10公里到15公里的速度向偏西方向移动,预计9日下午至10日早晨在浙江到福建北部沿海地区登陆,登陆点附近及以北地区将有大范围的风雨影响。

二 | 据研判,在台风强度上,“白海豚”7日下午强度有所加强,中心附近最大风力由14级增强至15级,接下来强度可能还将增强,有可能达到超强台风级(16级)。不过,“白海豚”在登陆前强度会再度减弱。与7月登陆我国的台风“巴威”相比,“白海豚”的局部风力有可能超过“巴威”,降雨的强度和范围更强、更广,且局地单点降水具有极端性。受台风影响,我省降雨时间长达5天(7日夜里至12日),强降雨主要集中在8日夜里至10日,东部、南部地区累计雨量大,单点有极端性。

三 | 今天白天沿海地区部分暴雨局地大暴雨,夜里至10日浙中南和沿海地区有暴雨大暴雨,台州、温州和宁波南部局地有特大暴雨;11日浙西地区部分暴雨,局部大暴雨。再看台风对杭州的影响,预计8日到12日我市有较明显风雨过程,降雨最强时间段集中在9日到10日,过程降水时间长,累计雨量大。今天白天起全市风力逐渐增大,最强时段出现在9日白天到10日上午,最大东北风平原地区8级到10级,山区和江湖水面局地11级以上。目前,“白海豚”正受副热带高压、西风带槽脊、多台风系统等叠加影响,登陆后的移动路径仍存在一定的不确定性。同时,北部湾和西太平洋上分别有热带扰动活动,也将对“白海豚”的发展和移动路径产生一定影响。预计台风登陆后移动路径会趋于明朗,华东及后续可能受到影响的区域应高度重视台风防御,重点防范强风、暴雨及次生灾害。气象专家提醒,台风的潜在影响并不限于移动路径和登陆地点附近,移动路径和登陆点外扩区域同样存在灾害风险。即使台风深入内陆后中心强度逐渐减弱,强降水也会出现较为分散的分布。在山地迎风坡等特殊地形作用下,有可能会出现局地极端强降水,进而诱发山洪、泥石流等次生灾害。
